I am Ahmad Rahmati (احمد رحمتی in Persian script), a Computer Engineering Ph.D. Student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rice University.

I am working with Professor Lin Zhong in the Efficient Computing Group, ECG, focusing on the challenges of energy-efficient, context-aware, and user-friendly mobile systems and services.

I received my M.Sc. from Rice University in 2008 and my B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Sharif University of Technology in 2004. I was a research intern with Motorola Labs and AT&T Labs Research in the summers of 2008 and 2006, respectively.
